Not only a Group I winner over this distance during the spring, he’s come back in the autumn against the older horses and been right on the mark. Finishing right on the heels of Chautauqua looks the right form for this after what we saw at Randwick last week. Soft track stats (4:3-0-0) make him a good thing. $3.80
VALUE BET – GRETNA (Randwick – Race 4 No. 11) – GRETNA was a Moonee Valley winner two runs back and should have finished much closer at Caulfield last start after being held up at a vital time. Looks right up to winning this with C Williams on board and $8.50 available
