Now on a short week they will likely be missing Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram, Sterling Shepard and Wayne Gallman, pretty much every weapon that Daniel Jones has will be out of action Thursday Night.
Normally it’s a bad idea to back an NFL team that’s laying 17 points, but this season has proven otherwise. This is due to several starting Quarterback injuries and the lack of balance within divisions. In the seven games where a team has been favored by 11 or more points this season, the favorite has covered five times.
While the Giants have 13 sacks and been impressive at getting to the Quarterback, they are getting gouged through the air, ranking 28th in the league at 279.4 yards per game. That same defense now has Tom Brady on a short week? Oh and just to note Giants fans New England also leads the NFL in sacks (24) and interceptions (11) and Bill Belichick is 12-0 at Foxborough against Rookie Quarterbacks.
