Cardinals at Giants (NYG -3.0)

Arizona won last week but they were controlled and pushed around the field by a pathetic Atlanta defense. See above as to why they are a team not to count on. For the Giants off extended rest Saquon Barkley and Evan Ingram return, and when Daniel Jones has a running game and time to throw he completes over 60% of his passes and they’re 2-0. Arizona’s defense is a problem and they’re 29th or 30th in every statistic. Daniel Jones was impressive in less than ideal conditions in New England and he continues to impress. The Giants will still be without wide receiver Sterling Shepherd but with the addition of Bakley and Ingram win this game easily. Best Bet: Giants (-3.0)

Rams at Falcons (LAR -2.5)

Must win matchup for the Los Angeles Rams, they are all in on a super bowl this season as evident by the addition and contract of Jalen Ramsey. Atlanta has quit. Jared Goff is fine when he’s comfortable and Atlanta’s defense makes everyone look better than most. They’re a terrible defense who is last in sacks and 29th in takeaways. Jared Goff will have a big game and the Rams bounce back. Best Bet Rams (-2.5) +100

Texans at Colts (IND -1.0)

Frank Reich is an excellent coach and off the bye after a great start to the season the colts are in a great spot here. Jacoby Brissett is 3-0 vs. Houston with a passer rating close to 100. Brisset has only been sacked six times this year, second fewest in the NFL. He will have time to throw and a solid running game to support at home coming off a bye. The Colts are the least penalized team in the NFL. Darius Leonard also returns this week. The Texans score in bunches but this Colts team is a legitimate defense and they find it tough on the road. Best Bet: Colts Money line +120

Ravens at Seahawks (SEA -3.0)

Baltimore are number one in rushing yards, number one in time of possession, and number one in total offense. Translation? Keep Russell Wilson off the field. That is the exact formula  to beat Seattle. Seattle has played three games at home this year and have been outscored by 4 points. After all they barely beat Cincinnati at home, and they were at times dominated by the Saints. Best Bet: Ravens (+3)

Eagles at Cowboys (PHI -2.5)

The Eagles have won 6 of the last 9 games at Dallas and I think they match up very well against a Cowboys team that was upset by the Jets last week. The Cowboys’ offensive line is beat up and the Eagles’ defensive front is a force. The Eagles’ issue is secondary but Jalen Mills is coming back and Ronald Darby, who is a talent, may return this week. The winner of this games wins the division and the Eagles aren’t afraid of Jerry World.  Best Bet: Eagles (+2.5)
