Pretenders to Contenders after Trade Deadline + Completed Trades

Most improved teams after trade deadline!

Rockets – Add Lou Williams, making there roster one of the most deadly in the league. They have 5 of the top 25 3 point shooters in the league, Harden, Gordon, Anderson, Ariza and now Williams. They have opened up cap space to make a play and add some defense and make a play at Bogut. They have the scoring threat to compete with the Warriors!

Toronto – For mine they can truly compete with Cleveland! They add Ibaka who was outstanding in the playoffs for OKC last year as well as adding another solid defender in P J Tucker. They meet the Cavs on April 5th, who pending injuries and there last roster spot aren’t the lock they were a year ago!

Pelicans – Twin Towers, enough said! Cousins is a huge plus for the franchise. They will make the playoffs, how deep can they go and how will they play together is yet to be seen

Big If – Cleveland – Deron Williams “possibly” receiving a buyout from the Mavs. Dallas is preparing to hand point guard reins to rookie Yogi Ferrell. This would be a huge play for the Cavs, if they could land Lebrons “missing playmaker”.
